We want every step to feel warm, attentive and honest, from your first question to every check-in after.
Who provides your care
Medical services are provided by LocumTele, whose licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants review Lucylon Health assessments and write prescriptions. LocumTele is responsible for clinical care, provider licensure and oversight, patient records and clinical policies. Lucylon Health provides the website, your account and non-clinical support, and cannot influence a clinical outcome.
Your provider's name, credential and licence are shared in your care materials and in your account before treatment begins.
What we do not promise
Not everyone qualifies for treatment. We can't promise a prescription, a specific result or a timeline. A licensed provider decides what is appropriate for you, and individual results vary.
